A Vigorous medium sized deciduous tree. With large deep purple-crimson 5 lobed leaves throughout the summer. It has discrete yellow orange flowers in the spring.
Height after 10 years 6m x 4m wide.
It requites full sun or light shade. Will prefer a sheltered area away from strong winds.
Will grow in most soil types as long as well drained.
