Small, vigorous tree renowned for it's highly decorative, polished, red-brick, mahogany-like bark that brings year round interest. Small, white flowers in late April are a bonus. Good in a lawn under planted with Spring bulbs. Deciduous.
Plant in any good garden soil, water well during the growing season and apply general fertiliser every Spring.
