Peony Alertie - 5 Litre Pot

Peony Alertie is a beautiful herbaceous peony with soft pink double flowers with a darker centre on shorter stemmed, mid-green foliage.

Sun or partial shade loving.

Max Height and Spread - 75cm x 50cm.

Our Peonies are grown from bare root stock in large 4.5 litre pots.

All peonies require a moist but well-drained soil in full sun to part sun.

Provide support for varieties with large flowers.

Plant in a rich but well-drained soil, avoid planting in a waterlogged position. The majority of herbaceous peonies prefer a neutral or slightly alkaline soil.

Ensure you don’t plant them too deeply, as this will yield poor results. Mix in plenty of well-rotted organic matter before planting. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring.
