This eye catching, upright, bushy herbaceous peony has single blooms, brilliant red in colour with contrasting golden yellow stamens. The large, scented blooms are produced in prolific amounts through late spring into early summer.
Sun or partial shade loving.

Our Peonies are grown from bare root stock in large 4.5 litre pots.
All peonies require a moist but well-drained soil in full sun to part sun.
Provide support for varieties with large flowers.
Plant in a rich but well-drained soil, avoid planting in a waterlogged position. The majority of herbaceous peonies prefer a neutral or slightly alkaline soil.
Ensure you don’t plant them too deeply, as this will yield poor results. Mix in plenty of well-rotted organic matter before planting. Apply a balanced fertiliser in spring.
