A tree that immediately catches the eye because of its slender upward growth habit. The feathered foliage is dark-green in summer turning a deep purple colour in the autumn. In the spring white blossoms are borne that grow in flat umbels, which is followed in the autumn by yellow/orange berries. Deciduous.
Plant in any good garden soil, water well during the growing season and apply general fertiliser every Spring.
